The research aims to find out the possibility of using e-learning to address the problems of student learning through a practical study to get to know the views of the faculty and students about its use in the treatment of learning problems.
The two components selected samples from a number of faculty and students at the Technical Institute in Nasiriyah, southern Technical University during the academic year (2017-2018) for the application of research.
Promising researchers a comprehensive lecture entitled (the importance of e-learning in university teaching) by a program of presentations computing (power point) for the purpose of presentation to the faculty and students designed to introduce them to the possibilities and advantages of e-learning in the teaching process and address the learning and development of a culture of e-learning problems, they have to develop their views toward him .
And it prepared a search tool (gauge views about the use of e-learning to address learning) problems, which consists of (35) items.
And extracted him psychometric characteristics such as sincerity and consistency using appropriate statistical methods.
The search began conducting tribal application to gauge views about the use of e-learning to address learning on a sample teaching staff and students sample problems and analyzed the results of their responses on the paragraphs of the scale.
Then one of the researchers presented the lecture mentioned using the data projector device (Data Show) on the two samples.
Then was then holding the post application to gauge views about the use of elearning to address learning problems samples and analyze the results using appropriate statistical methods.
