) It can be said here that Iraq as reflected by these indicators is classified within the medium level of human development and as is revealed in this research, which reveals the extent of the failure of the development process in Iraq and the reasons that affect its progress.

Therefore, the research highlights the opportunities available to the Iraqi economy to adjust the economy for the challenges that still hinder the investment of these opportunities.

On this basis, the study included three topics : 1.

Indicators of economic sectors3- Means of reforming the Iraqi economy.
