The research aims to geographic analysis of some polluting gases in the air in the city of Nasiriya and to know the reasons that led to high concentrations of some gases in the sector of the study area without others by linking those proportions with natural and human activities and knowing the impact of those polluting gases in the air in respiratory diseases in the city of Nasiriya for the year 2019.

The study area was divided into four sectors in order to facilitate study and make comparisons among them by taking one sample for each pollutant for each sector، then comparing the concentrations of those pollutants with national determinants، then extracting the number of injuries for some respiratory diseases in each of the logic sectors The study of 2019.
