Abstract EN

In our research, we discussed the mechanisms put in place by the Algerian legislator aimed at improving oversight of public deals through laws that regulate their validity in various stages, and accordingly we provided an explanation in terms of concepts, types, and legal framework for each of the public deals and forms of supervision over them, then we dropped Theoretical study on the ground through an applied study of books in order to know this type of procedure, which is represented in overseeing the public deals of health institutions.
