The subject of this research is concerned with studying the strategy of managing exchange rate risk in institutions.

We have to rely on the theoretical foundations of exchange rate risk and the most important techniques and risk management strategies.

To stress such a valuable finding, , we present some examples were discussed, so we concluded that the process of managing the exchange risk is more complicated with the growth of floating exchange rate fluctuations as well as an increase in the volume of international exchanges.

Therefore, it decisively affects the finances of the enterprise.
