Abstract EN

this study aimed at identifying the role of e-management in eliminating administrative and financial corruption in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and then developing a proposed model for emanagement to eliminate administrative and financial corruption.

a descriptive methodology was adopted.

The researcher prepared a questionnaire consisted of 4 main axes: The Awareness of administrative and financial corruption, its negative effects, the role of e-management, and the role of proposed model in eliminating administrative and financial corruption, the questionnaire was applied on a sample of (1200) from Saudis and residents In Jeddah city, The study revealed the main following results, The citizens' awareness of forms of administrative and financial corruption, The negative effects of administrative and financial corruption, E-management has a major role in reducing administrative and financial corruption, The proposed model contributes to: regulation of administrative work, reducing administrative interference, eliminating the centralization, the application of transparency, reduce nepotism and favoritism, Automation the administrative procedures and supporting the elimination of administrative routine, In light of these results, the researcher made recommended: Implementing the proposed model (Nafeth) to follow up transactions and requests, eliminate administrative and financial corruption and to contribute to the economic and social transformation according to 2030 vision.
