study aimed at identifying the role of Knowledge management in developing the dimensions of digital citizenship from the perspective of graduate students at King Abdul-Aziz University, through identifying the role of knowledge management in developing the ethical dimension, technological dimension, and social dimension for digital citizenship, the descriptive methodology was adopted, the researchers prepared an electronic questionnaire, the sample of the study consisted of 80 graduate students at King Abdul-Aziz University.

The results of the study showed the great role of Knowledge management in developing the ethical dimension of digital citizenship, and its sub dimensions: digital access, digital law, and digital etiquette, the great role of of Knowledge management in developing the technological dimension of digital citizenship, through implementing digital commerce processes, digital Literacy, and digital communication, and the great role of Knowledge management in developing the social dimension of digital citizenship, through ensuring digital rights, digital security and digital health for digital citizens.

In light of these results, the study proposed some recommendations to develop digital citizenship, and identifying the relationship between the awareness level of knowledge management and digital citizenship skills among university students.
