Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the relationship between the degree of practicing transformational leadership among Jordanian public high schools principles in Al-Mazar Directorate of Education and the level of organizational citizenship behavior for teachers of these schools from the perspectives of those teachers.

The sample of the study was consisted (331) male and female teachers.

To answer the questions of the study, means, standard derivations (SDs), relative importance, Person correlation and regression analysis model were calculated The result revealed that the degree of principals practice for transformational leadership from teachers perspectives was medium with a mean of (3.32), a standard deviation of (0.45), and teachers practice for organizational citizenship behavior was also medium with a mean of (3.39) and a standard deviation that reached (0.42) from the perspectives of teachers themselves.

The result also indicated a statistical significant high and positive correlation between principals' practice for transformational leadership and the level of organizational citizenship among teachers.
