Abstract EN

This study aims at recognizing the national program of quality and normalisation and the impact of applying it on the performance of Algerian companies.

The principal result reached by this study is the positive effect to apply this program on the performance of Algerian companies in different domains: productive, marketing, supplying, financial and human.
