The Japanese experience in the development of small and medium enterprises is one of the richest international experiences, although they are mainly dependent on direct support from the state, where is the role of the private sector in supporting this sector marginally, and we are here to examine the reasons for the success of the Japanese experience and employment it in the Algerian experience, as long as there are common denominators between two countries.
