Abstract EN

This paper aims to present the role of modern technologies in improving the social intelligence of people with special needs in the working environment, Success in soicial or professional life does not depend on the mental abilities (intellect) of the individual (social intelligence), but on what they have as potentials in what is referred to as social intelligence.In a time when some can develop their social intelligence without much effort on the other hand those with special needs, require training to insure the acquisition and development of such abilities especially in the work field.

This can be attained by providing institutions with a fitting environment for this categ ory in addition to introducing them to modern technology for it fullfils their needs and facilitate their tasks with less efforts.
