The issue of housing is an inevitable problem and difficult to ignore in Algeria.
It led the state to attempt to overcome this problem.
That is by focusing on the integration of the efforts of the State, the authorities, institutions and the citizens through the most popular plan namely Social Housing System to expand Oran City.

La question du logement est inévitable en Algérie.
A cet effet, l’état cherche à surmonter ce problème, et cela en mettant l'accent sur l'intégration des efforts de l'État, des autorités, des institutions, ainsi que du citoyen à travers des formules les plus populaires représenté par le logement social qui occupe la priorité dans le processus de planification et d'extension de la ville d’Oran.
