This study deals with the specifications and regulations of Zakat of merchandise its definition, types and legal jurisdiction of jurists.
The study tackles Zakat legal aspects: its charges , conditions ,amounts liable for Zakat as well as its temporal specifications, rates and legal specifications of merchandise Finally , the study reviews the jurists account of specification of Zakat of commercial debts.
