تتناول هذه الدراسة تحليلا للقانون 18-07 المتضمن حماية الأشخاص الطبيعيين في مجال معالجة المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي الذي يتعلق محل الحماية فيه بمجال معالجة المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي و التي تتمحور في الحقوق و الحريات الفردية و كذا الحق في حرمة الحياة الخاصة، و كذلك الأشخاص أطراف العلاقة في المعالجة و السلطة الوطنية بإعتبارها سلطة إدارية مستقلة للمراقبة و الإشراف على المعالجة و ذلك من خلال تبيان الآيات التي وضعها هذا القانون حماية للحق في حرمة الحياة الخاصة.

This study deals with the analysis of Law 18-07, which includes the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, where protection is concerned with the processing of personal data, which is centered on individual rights and freedoms as well as the right to inviolability of private life, And the National Authority as an independent administrative authority to monitor and supervise treatment
