وغيرهم هي أسماء لأطفال سلبت منهم البراءة عن طريق أبشع جرم قد يطال هذه الفئة الحساسة ألا و هو " اختطاف الأطفال" و نحن من خلال هذه الدراسة نهدف الى تسليط الضوء على هذه الجريمة التي لا تزال ترسم منحى تصاعديا بات يؤرق كل فئات المجتمع الجزائري من خلال محاولة إبراز السياسة الجزائية للمشرع الجزائري لمواجهة هذه الجريمة.
Abstract EN
No one can Forget the stories of Yasser, Chaima-Haroun and Laith and others, those are names of children who were victims of the ugliest crime that can touche this category which is « kidnapping children », and through this study, we aim to shed light on this crime, which is still drawing an upward trend that worries all segments of Algerian society, by trying to highlight the penal policy of Algerian legislator to face this crime.
