Abstract EN

This study is based on the idea of the topic of the brain drain phenomenon and qualifications, which is considered one of the concerns that concerns the countries of the Arab Maghreb, led by Algeria.

Immigration to Western countries, by legal or illegal means, in the hope of achieving their future aspirations and dreams.

It can be said that the phenomenon of Arab brain drain is due to the inevitability of many factors within their countries, such as unemployment, lack of interest in them, and low wages, as well as political obstacles, which is what is used by the major countries, especially European countries, to attract this category.

All of this prompted us to search for the motives and causes of brain drain in light of the conditions in the Arab countries, and to offer some effective solutions in order to re-attract them.
