This paper analyzes the thematic related to the attraction policy in Algeria related to the foreign direct investment, in order to integrate the new concepts and to focus on the factors needed to facilitate the flow of foreign direct investment.

In this case, On the basis of this, the study concluded that Algeria has made great efforts to create an appropriate and conducive investment climate and climate by pushing forward economic reforms, devoting them to investment freedom, easing restrictions and providing maximum guarantees in order to attract foreign investment.
