Abstract EN

The emerging institutions STARTUPS are considered to be one of the most important engines of economic growth for countries, as interest in them has become necessary because of their great importance in developing the national economy, as they contribute economically to achieving development, while from the social it reduces unemployment.

Small and medium enterprises in Algeria are considered one of the pillars of economic and social development, due to the extent of their contribution to national income, the creation of added value, absorption of unemployment, contribution to employment and social welfare.

There is a fundamental difference between startups and small and medium enterprises, but they agree to achieve common goals, which is to reduce unemployment and support employment policy and contribute to social and economic development.
