Abstract EN

The study aims at measuring the strength of the impact of leadership by values on the organizational trust in the institution under study.

This was based on the descriptive analytical approach to describe the phenomenon theoretically, and its field analyses, where the questionnaire was used as a basic tool in the research, and was distributed to a sample of 63 individuals.

The study concluded to a set of results, one of its important; there is a practice of driving with average values, there is a positive correlation and a statistically significant effect of leadership with values on organizational confidence.

On the basis of that, a number of proposals were presented, including the need of setting and establishing values and principals that express the identity of the organization, and give employees confidence in it.
