The current era is characterized by competition and development in the various fields.

The most important of these areas, building and construction, and in spite of the important role that represents construction projects in our country, but it is exposed to a number of problems and the most important of these problems is the delay in the completion of the non-receipt of the project on schedule.

The reasons for this delay to the non-use of scientific methods in the planning and controlling the projects such as the method of network analysis.

Through this study, we tried to highlight several modern business networks model which is based the fuzzy set theory, and it is a new model that helps for the planning and controlling the projects.
