Abstract EN

This descriptive study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between self-assertion and aggressive behavior among unknown parentage adolescents, and whether there were statistical significant differences in both self-assertion and aggressive behavior due to gender variable.

Its purposive sample consisted of 45 unknown parentage adolescents.

The tools of the study are questionaires of aggressive behavior and self-assertion.

After statistical data treatment, the results were: A level of aggressive behavior and self-assurance are moderate unknown parentage adolescents, There was no Statistical significant differences in both self-assertion and aggressive behavior variables due to the gender, the common pattern of aggressive behavior in the sample of the study was anger and there was no statistical significant correlation between self-assertion and aggressive behavior among the unknown parentage adolescents.
