The problem of this study is to investigate and analyze the impact of the modern media in the socialization of youth in the Gulf societies by focusing on the social networks as a model.

The results of the study showed that one of the most important factors that distinguishes young people from the positive influence of the institutions of social upbringing as usual, while approaching them more than falling within the sphere of influence of negative social networks; the decline of the role of institutions of social upbringing traditional، as well as within the social networks moving freely in The scope of a virtual society away from the real society.
