Abstract EN

The study aimed at measuring the impact of the application of the Blue Ocean strategy on the competitive advantage of Nile Pharmaceuticals and the pharmaceutical industries after identifying the importance and mechanisms of implementing this strategy in addition to carrying out a field study to determine the suitability and applicability of the Nile Pharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical Industries.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared, which included a set of statements that measured the trends of the sample towards the variables of the study.

In this study, the researcher relied on a combination of the deductive approach and the deductive approach.

The researcher analyzed the data using the Crosscal test for each of the questions of the survey list to test the study hypotheses using the sample of the study consisting of 100 items "the number of valid forms recovered" and the researcher reached a set of conclusions and recommendations that can be applied Company under study (Nile Pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical industries) The study concluded : that there is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of the blue ocean strategy (innovation-exclusion-contraction) in achieving the competitive advantage of Nile Pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical industries in Egypt.

The study recommends : Applying the dimensions of competitive advantage through the Blue Ocean strategy, which contributes to the competitive advantage of the institution under study.
