Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of online learning communities in improving the professional performance of chemistry teachers in the schools of the Southern Jeddah Education Office.

The descriptive analytical approach.

The researcher use a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraphs distributed in three domains (e-learning community, one note, zoom) to measure its role in improving teacher's professional performance.

The study population consists of all chemistry teachers' in schools of Southern Jeddah Education Office, which number was (80).

The study sample consisted of (63) teacher who responded to the application.

The Study main resuts: - E-learning communities have an effective role in improving professional performance.

- There is a statistically significant difference at level of significance (α= 0.05) for One Note in improving techers' professional performance.

- There is a significant effect at level of significance (α = 0.05) for Zoom in improve teachers' professional development.

- There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05 between the e-learning community, Note One and Zoom in improving the professional performance of chemistry teachers in schools.

- There were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05 ) for the elearning community, Zoom, and One Note programs to improve the professional performance of chemistry teachers in the schools of the Southern Jeddah Education Office according to the variables: academic qualification and experience.
