In view of the close association of business organizations with their changing environment, they must use the means that help them to discover this environment.

Among these means we find economic intelligence.

The study aimed to identify economic intelligence of business organizations from a practical point of view rather than merely studying it in theory only, the study derived its data from various sources represented in books, scientific studies and some internet sites.

The study concluded that economic intelligence in practical way is a set of material and human means that work within a specific organization to obtain the desired results from it, this comparison between the results previously drawn and obtained through which we can assess the extent of its efficacy.
