يهدف هذا المقال إلى تبيان الاهتمام الدولي بموضوع الحفاظ على المخطوطات في أوقات النزاعات المسلحة باعتبارها جزءا من الإرث الحضاري والموروث الثقافي و نعالج بالخصوص اتفاقية لاهاي لسنة 1954 و البروتوكولين الملحقين بها للإجابة على الإشكالية التي تتمثل فيما يلي : ماهي الحماية القانونية التي جاء بها القانون الدولي الإنساني للحفاظ على المخطوطات و ما مدى فعاليتها ؟
Abstract EN
International attention to the preservation of manuscripts as part of the civilizational and cultural heritage of humanity has been manifested through several agreements concluded under International Humanitarian Law applicable in times of armed conflicts and wars.
The article examines these agreements, which are stated in the Hague Convention of 1954 and its Protocols.
It will also deal with the legal protection provided by International Humanitarian Law to preserve manuscripts to check the efficiency of the mechanisms brought about in the context.
