The Arab region is still witnessing many pressures, which sometimes come in the form of direct intervention by foreign countries that are looking for a guarantee and security of their interests in the region, even if by illegal means, Thus, Arab national security has been subjected to many shocks and challenges as a result of direct intervention in its internal affairs, This exacerbated the economic, security and political problems in these countries in a very worrying manner, The state of Libya is one of the most Arab countries that witnessed political and security instability due to foreign intervention imposed on it under the pretext of finding a solution to the crisis, However, with the increase in foreign intervention, matters became more complicated, and the Libyan political parties failed to find urgent solutions to this dangerous crisis, This is what prolonged the crisis, and thus Libya became one of the failed states in the Maghreb region .
