Abstract EN

The study aims to evaluate the performance of the university of Adrar in the framework of international partnership Through the application of the standards of field (S 2) contained in the national reference for quality assurance in Algeria, by finding means to open up to the world and identify it for the types of partnerships in the fields of research and formation.which contributes to ensuring the quality of education.

The study tries to address the problem of researchthrough an applied study at the University of Adrar, as this field has become an urgent necessity to bring the university closer together with its international counterpartsand to increase its performance in the framework of partnership by identifying the national bodies charged with ensuring the quality of higher education,and in view of the national standards of quality assurance in the Algerian higher education institutions, which was first launched in 2016.

The study concluded that the evaluation of the performance of the University of Adrar was less than the average in two years, which requires the need to activate the partnership through working to support partnership and mobility and exchange of information and joint use of resources, and this by activating the agreements concluded and the establishment of organizations stipulated by the National Reference for Internal Quality Assurance in institutions.
