Despit the fact of the deference between the industrial countries and developing ones, This last becomes face a lot of obstacles to overcome and achieve their goals by these contracts (franchise and BOT), because the inability of these countries to handling and controlling the transferred technology in addition to that it depends on the lack of suitable local organization and reasonable law and legal environment localization.
