The study aimed to identify the degree of training needs of workers in village councils in the city of Dura, and to achieve this the analytical descriptive approach was followed, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect initial data from the study sample of (30) workers in municipal councils, the results of the study indicated that the degree of needs The training for workers in village councils in the city of Dora came very high, and the arrangement came : (administrative needs, personal needs, technical needs).

The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level(α≤ 0.
