Abstract EN

Algeria recognized the importance of the strategy of industrial subcontracting in the activation of the relations of interlacement and integration between the various units of the industrial sector, Therefore, we aim in this paper to shed light on the reality of the application of industrial subcontracting in the SME in the state of Jijel, by reviewing the experience of the Maghreb Mechanic as a small enterprise subcontracting the state, the descriptive approach was adopted in the theoretical and analytical context in the case study of the institution.

The study concluded that subcontracting activity in the state suffers from a lack of concept and application, as it is limited to a few institutions that practice this activity in an unregulated context due to the lack of sufficient clarity of the laws regulating the industrial handling activity and showing the obligations of all parties.
