The researcher and the historian must be aware of the many social customs and traditions created by Algerian society not only in our time but also since the Ottoman era and from there the French occupation, including coffee shops and bathrooms where coffee is distinguished from other beverages in the cultural history of the Arab Islamic world.

Coffee shops in Algeria and other Arab countries have played a role in enriching social, cultural, artistic, political and commercial life for decades.

Hammamet in Algeria and other cities have important social purposes, in addition to cleaning works, and the city has important water sources that provide bathrooms.
