يقوم انتقاء المفردات لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها على جملة من المعايير وفي مقدمتها معيار "الشيوع" وفي هذا البحث سأتعرض إلى بيان مفهومه عند المهتمين بهذا المجال و أحاول إبراز مكانته بين بقية المعايير الأخرى لأنه عامل أساسي يحتكم إليه المتخصصون في ضبط قوائم المفردات الموجهة إلى المتعلمين الأجانب- منعزلة أو ضمن السلاسل- في ظل التنوع المفرداتي الكبير للمعجم العربي.

The selection of vocabulary for teaching Arabic for the speakers of other language; is based on several criteria, foremost of which is the: prevalent.
in this paper, I try to illustrate the concept And its position among various other criteria.
Because it is an essential factor judged by specialists in adjusting the Vocabulary Lists for the foreign learner under the diversity of the Vocabulary in the Arabic language.
