Abstract EN

This research investigates the corrections and comments of Muhammad ibn Omar al-Hadrami, known as "Bahrag" who died in (930 H) on Ibn Malik's Explanatory Book Fteh al-afaal wa hal al-iskaal be-sharah lamiyat al-afaal (Opening the Locks and Solving the Problems in explaining the the Poem Lamiyat Al-Afaal).

Bahrag's corrections and comments add to Ibin Malik's explanations of his poem.He tackled the verbs he thought that Ibin Malik did not explain or missed such as the the past form of the trilateral verb and its presnt form which has the patterns fa'il and fa'al.

This study collected all these corrections and comments focusing only on the past and present forms of the verb f'ail and verb fa'al.
