Abstract AR

The study sought to identify the mechanisms followed by the international media in the cultural presentation of Muslim minorities, and how to present it to the issues of these minorities, through the paths of analysis from the second level, in which the researcher relied on a review of scientific literature that was interested in studying the international media's treatment of Muslim minority issues, especially in the states United States of America and European Union countries, and analysis of reports issued by some media observatories interested in monitoring the performance of the international printed, audio and visual media on Muslim minority issues, and access to video materials and audio extracts And texts published by some Islamic social networks in the West about the violations suffered by Muslim minorities there, and the study relied on a cultural analysis model to explore the relationship between the international media and Muslim minorities, and the most important findings of the study:
-Fears of Islam and Muslims are due to cultural roots mainly based on the negative cultural presentation of Islam through various international societal institutions, the most prominent of which is the media that has consistently presented Islam as a culture different from Western culture as the two cultures cannot agree on a unified perception that is indicative of world stability and its development in the future.
Also, many Europeans and Americans view their Muslim citizens as strangers and belong to a culture that tends to violence and supports terrorism and does not care about the values of citizenship! This is what the Western media is keen on dedicating to the right by publishing and broadcasting the results of opinion polls rejecting Muslim minorities.
