يعتبر قطاع السياحة من أهم القطاعات في العالم اليوم حيث أصبحت أحد أسرع القطاعات نموا على مستوى العالم و أداة فعالة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة و تخفيف الفروق الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية.
و على اعتبار أن السياحة أحد الأنشطة الهامة التي تقوم عليها اقتصاديات كثير من الدول سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة المقارنة بين إستراتيجية التنمية السياحية المستدامة المتبعة في كل من الجزائر و المغرب و ذلك بتشخيص للواقع السياحي و الكشف عن الآليات المستخدمة في إستراتيجية كلا البلدين لتحقيق تنمية سياحية مستدامة.
و باعتمادنا على المنهج المقارن للمقارنة بين الإستراتيجية السياحية المتبعة في كلا البلدين.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن إستراتيجية التنمية السياحية المستدامة المتبعة في المغرب نجحت في تحقيق أغلب الأهداف المسطرة على عكس الإستراتيجية السياحية في الجزائر التي لم تحقق أهدافها.
Abstract EN
This paper aims to study the strategy of sustainable tourism development in Algeria and Morocco by revealing the mechanisms used in the strategy in both countries to achieve sustainable tourism development and comparing them with a diagnosis of tourism reality and the results achieved.
By adopting the descriptive analytical approach to suit the nature of the subject and its data, and to give a clear picture of the reality of sustainable tourism development, in addition to the comparative approach to compare the tourism strategy adopted in both countries.
The study concluded that Algeria's sustainable tourism development strategy which is based on paper is far from what has been realized on the ground.
