The purpose of this study is to try to uncover the existence of dialogue on issues of work within the family dialogue in families where the husband works only, or the wife only, or the couple work in a different workplace or work in the same job .

The study found that there is ample space or time for the couple to discuss the issues of work at home in the above cases.

Specifically, the space related to work issues within the family dialogue is affected because one or both spouses work.

This is affected by the fact that both spouses work in the same institution.
