Abstract EN

The main idea of my article is that we in Arabic-speaking countries are unable to share or exchange knowledge, except what has been retroactively produced in other countries, Therefore, it is imperative to improve our level, to focus on foreign languages before passing to other disciplines, so that we can have the information in time from its original source, avoiding meaning distortion.

This is why we have always considered that the most eminent and most famous of our thinkers on the international scene, are those who are fluent in foreign languages.
