Among the most violated children's rights nowadays are those related to their personal data and thus violating their digital privacy.

The present research attempts to discuss the effectiveness of Law No.

18-07 in providing the necessary protection for children's personal data in the light of the remarkable development of information and communication technology as well as to explore the extent to which the provisions of this law are in line with the pioneer international laws in this field.
