The right to cancel is a legal mechanism created by the Algerian legislator in attempt to achieve the maximum possible protection of the consumer, facing the proficiency of professional who uses all means of advertising and publicizing to entice the weak consumer to contract with him.

By exercising the right of cancellation, the consumer can withdraw the contract concluded without thinking in a period specified by law and varies according to the nature of product.

The cancellation should be done by returning the product to the professional in the same manner as in the original received packaging, without the need to give any reasons and without incurring additional expenses.

The professional should return the collected price, and shouldn't reject this cancellation
