The world is currently undergoing a transition between paper handling and ectronic dealing.

This transformation has been evident in the areas of trade and economic relations.

In light of these rapid developments, it was natural to be accompanied by new means commensurate with the nature of the information carried out through electronic media.

The electronic signature appears as an alternative to the written signature.

This transformation has been accompanied by many attacks on this type of signature, falsifying it, which led to concerted efforts both at the international level or through national legislation to provide a kind of security and confidence and to establish rules that ensure the recognition of the electronic signature of the full authenticity of the evidence.
