Abstract EN

Algerian law regulated the profession of pharmacy with a set of measures to be exercised according to its purpose and without defect.

This is what Islamic law has put forth earlier.

Many are the damages caused by pharmaceutical error and which can lead to death; many of which are due to the practice of the pharmacy profession by unqualified people, or by those engaged in it for purely commercial purposes.

There is therefore agreement between Islamic law and legal systems to hold pharmacists accountable for errors resulting from negligence.

The aim of the research is to draw the attention of various parties to remedy the causes, such as the shift system, which has not yet been activated, and it also attempts to raise health awareness, especially for patients and their families.
