In most countries of the world, civil society contributes to establish the relationship between the people and the state authorities also, it represents a measure of public opinion towards foreign policy issues.

Such as the integration and federation policies, whish seeks to maximize the benefits and interests of countries, as seen by most the theories of integration, like the functionalism and the new functionalism.

This study attempts to analyses one of the most important sub-issues of international integration: the role of civil society actors in the integration process, focusing on monitoring the historical and contemporary role of civil society organizations in the Maghreb integration process.
