تدور الفكرة العامة لهذا المقال حول التخطيط الاجتماعي و الإداري في إطار الساسة العامة للمجتمع و هو ما يسمى بالتخطيط على مستوى الماكرو إذ يستلزم التخطيط الإداري في المجال الاجتماعي الكثير من الواقعية و المرونة و كذلك الدقة في تحديد و وضع البدائل مع اختيار البديل الأمثل حينما تظهر المستجدات الميدانية وهدا بغية تحقيق الأهداف المعلنة مسبقا.
فإشكالية التخطيط تكمن في تصادم الأهداف المعلنة نظريا مع الواقع الميداني مما يخلق الخلل الوظيفي و المشاكل التسييرية على هدا الأساس سيتم توضيح سياسة التخطيط الاجتماعي و الإداري نظريا و من تم عرض قراءات سوسيولوجية تحليلية للتخطيط الاجتماعي و الإداري لبرنامج الشبكة الاجتماعية كنموذج من الواقع
Abstract EN
The general idea of this article revolves around the social and administrative planning within the framework of the general policies of the society.
It is planning at the macro level.
Administrative planning in the social field requires a lot of realism, flexibility and accuracy in identifying and developing alternatives Goals.
The problem of planning lies in the clash of the goals declared in theory with the reality on the ground, which creates dysfunction.
On this basis, will be clarified theoretically and sociological analytical readings of the social and administrative planning of the social network program.
