The South China Sea is a scene of a regional conflict among several countries about sovereignty over different parts of it and tensions have escalated in recent years Because of China's expansionist policy on the disputed islands through the reclamation and construction of airports and military bases In the face of great fear of China's pursuit towards the imposition of an air defense system which could lead to a radical change in the status quo in the region and entering China into a military conflict with its neighbors in addition to the possibility of its clash with the United States which seeks to protect its allies in the region and limit Chinese influence through containment policy this is what rejected by China, which has an expansionist project of regional hegemony with the rise of its economic power in the world.
