عزز المشرع الجزائري بموجب القانون رقم 18-04 من المركز القانوني لسلطة ضبط البريد و الاتصالات الالكترونية فبالاضافة إلى تغيير مصطلح تسميتها من المواصلات السلكية و اللاسلكية إلى الإتصالات الالكترونية مسايرا في ذلك مختلف التشريعات في العالم دعم المشرع من المركز القانوني لسلطة الضبط عن طريق تكريس نصوص قانونية تعزز من استقلاليتها لاسيما من الناحية العضوية كما قام بتحديد مهامها بصفة أدق مما كانت عليه بموجب القانون رقم 2000-03 الملغى
Abstract EN
Under the law 18-04, The Algerian legislator has strengthened the legal status of the Postal and Electronic Communications regulation Authority.
In addition to changing its name from wired and wirelesscommunications into Electronic Communications to follow the world's various legislations; The legislator has decreeted legal texts that support the independence of the Regulation Authority in terms of membership, and defined its fonctions more precisely than in the repealed law 2000-03.
