The Qur'an and the Noble Sunnah have much evidence that Muslims must support a Muslim individual or group if they are subjected to injustice and vulnerability.

Hence, the Islamic State should seek to lift the oppression of Muslim minorities in non-Muslim countries through humanitarian intervention, and this intervention is governed by a number of conditions, which relate, in part, to the Islamic state in terms of its non-adherence to a peaceful treaty with the state which the vulnerable Muslim minorities exist and the Recourse to peaceful means before the intervention begins, and the Islamic state must investigate its ability to intervene.

The other side of conditions of the humanitarian intervention for the protection of Muslim minorities concerns these minorities themselves, so that they would be victims of serious violations that affect their religion, finally vulnerable minorities must seek support from the Islamic State.
