Abstract AR
تعتبر الأسرة اللبنة و الخلية الأساسية التي يتلقى فيها الفرد تنشئته الأولى و يأخذ منها القيم و مبادئ التربية الصحيحة إلا أنه يحدث أن تتفكك الأسرة و يصبح الأولاد في تأرجح بين الوالدين و نزاعاتهما حول الحضانة خاصة حضانة القصر فيدخلون طرفا في تلك النزاعات و يصبحون الطرف المتضرر فيها وقد يقعون عرضة لعدم تسليمهم إلى الجهة المطالبة بهم قانونا و كذا إلى خطفهم و إبعادهم عن من لهم الحق في رعايتهم و حضانتهم و تأمين سلامتهم.
لذا و حفاظا على سلامة القصر وحمايتهم من هذه النزاعات و السلوكيات الإجرامية تعمد القوانين الوضعية إلى سن قوانين بهذا الشأن لحمايتهم فكان لزاما علينا تسليط الضوء على هذه الفئة و طرق حمايتها
Abstract EN
The family is the brick and the cell in which the individual receives and takes over the values and principles of proper education.
However, it does happen that the family becomes confused between parents and their disputes about custody, especially custody of the minors.
To be handed over to the legal party and to their abduction and deportation from those who have the right to care for, custody and security of their safety Therefore, in order to protect the safety of minors and protect them from these conflicts and criminal behavior, the laws of the state of law to enact laws to protect them.
