Abstract EN

According to specialist and experts in international relations, the grand changes that followed the end of cold war, specially in the technological domain brought new rules in life called (cyber space) in which people and nations have the ability to communicate and address each other directly in unlimited world within secure and tranquil atmosphere but the over use of communicational technologies in front of rapid and astounding spread of information (the informational revolution).

The start employment of this space in some levels (states and big companies) to serve a certain interest which allows a third part to enter the melee (pirates) whom penetrate this space and transform it to cyber-crime theatre.

Foreground all those dangers, the task of protecting the informational system by states become so difficult because of extensive use of computers (the informational revolution), this strange and modern world made the receptivity of wreckage one of obsession that the state suffers from.

Therefore, it engages in wars with different actors whom have the panache and the informational tools and they have the ability to use it in the penetration of all sensitive systems whatever the security capacities and prudence provided.

The renew cyber-crime effects the national security if the informational alertness did not measure through the holdover control to this field until the creation of mechanism that allows to adapt with challenges rises from technological development.

Consequently, Algeria proposes through the national security policies different views and strategies (cyber-security) to master the control system in order to protect the informational system for institutions and people and face the dangers and obviate the lacks Algeria tries to benefit from the experience of other states through multiple specializations collaboration.
