Abstract EN

The research aims to develop self-management skills to improve learning difficulties for primary school pupils.

The research relied on the experimental approach.

The research sample consisted of two research groups consisting of (50) pupils, and the experimental research sample consisted of (30) pupils from The third grade of primary school in Al-Majd and Jabal Al-Thawr primary school in AlMarj, Libya.

Their ages range between (8-9) years, as they were divided into two groups (15) students for the experimental group, and (15) students for the control group.

Those with the lowest grades in the dimensions of the self-management scale and the scale of difficulties in learning to read, and the research used tools to measure the self-management skills of primary school pupils (researcher preparation) and the scale of diagnosing reading difficulties for primary school pupils (the preparation of the researcher) and a scale to estimate the behavior of the student to sort cases of Learning difficulties (Prepared by Mostafa Kamel, 1989) And a socio-cultural level questionnaire for the family (researcher preparation), the Assiut University test for illustrated intelligence (Taha al-Mestkawi preparation, 2000) and a training program to develop self-management skills to improve learning difficulties for primary school students (researcher preparation) and the results of the research reached the effectiveness of the program Training to develop self-management skills and improve reading difficulties for primary school students.
